Sr. Sto Niño de Cebu Resources and Development Corporation (SNRDC) proudly celebrated its 30th Anniversary with the theme “One Company, One Team, One Purpose!” The milestone event gathered team members, leaders, and guests from various branches for an afternoon of reflection, recognition, and celebration.
The program opened with a message from President Mr. Guillermo C. Uy, Jr., who shared SNRDC’s journey over the past three decades and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to continuous growth and shared purpose. Special guest Ms. Leny T. Paderanga, EDA President, delivered an inspiring message, followed by the unveiling of SNRDC’s new Purpose and Values Statement.
One of the highlights was the recognition of the Core Values Champions and long-serving employees, honoring their dedication and embodiment of SNRDC’s core values — Commitment, Teamwork, Innovation, Work Ethics, Customer Satisfaction, Malasakit, and Knowledge.
The event also featured performances from SNRDC talents, raffle draws, and a ceremonial toast led by company executives. The celebration concluded with closing remarks by COO Mr. Eduardo T. Uy and a heartfelt same-day audio-video presentation, capturing three decades of unity and achievement.
The 30th Anniversary celebration stood as a testament to SNRDC’s enduring success — built on shared values, teamwork, and a collective drive toward excellence.
