Ms. Imelda Barilea – 30 years of Service

“Everything that I learned in SNRDC has woven me to become  who I am now.  I believed I can say that I am wiser and more capable, because of all the experiences I have encountered while doing my job”

Thirty years is more than a measure of time—it is a lifetime of commitment, resilience, and choosing to stay. Ms. Imelda Barilea has been part of SNRDC since its incorporation and currently serves as the Vendor Management Manager in the Manila Branch. Over the years, she has witnessed the company’s changes and growth firsthand, remaining a steady presence through every transition. She carries her experience, responsibility, and dedication with quiet strength. This milestone honors not just her years of service, but the loyalty and heart she has consistently given to the company.

1. How did you start in the company, and what do you remember most about your early years here?

It started when the late Incorporator, Graciano Balubal contacted me because he wanted to talk to Guillermo Uy, Jr. for the possibility of developing a lot in San Pablo, Laguna.  I cannot remember much, but vividly recalls meetings with the possible investors and now incorporators and coordinating with Graciano with processing the paperworks needed to incorporate SNRDC.

  1. What motivated you to stay with the company for so many years, andcontinues to inspire your commitment today?

I have learned a lot since I started working in SNRDC,  we all know that Mr. Uy is very meticulous and you have to be ready with answers/solutions for all his questions. Everything that I learned in SNRDC has woven me to become  who I am now.  I believed I can say that I am wiser and more capable, because of all the experiences I have encountered while doing my job.

3. How has the company changed over the years, and what improvements or transformations are you proud to have witnessed or contributed to?

SNRDC is just like my baby, I have been with the company since it’s incorporation.  I still remember being a one person office, no assistant and messenger, but still have to get the job done.   From one subdivision to multiple projects, SNRDC have grown tremendously, and I am proud to be a part of that journey.  I believe that every team member has contributed to the company’s growth, especially the unwavering dedication of our President in steering the company to where it is now.

4. What advice would you give to new team members who are just starting their journey with the company?

I encourage new team members to learn from your work, each task is a chance to sharpen your skills that you will carry with you where ever you are.  Take on challenges so you can be a better person, invest in yourself so you can be the best in your job.  When you become a better version of yourself, the company also benefits.  Make this company a place where you can build a long and meaningful career.

Mr. Albert Tenorio – 20 Years of Service

Within the busy flow of the warehouse—where coordination, timing, and responsibility matter most—Mr. Albert Tenorio, a CSPM–Warehouseman, has been part of SNRDC’s operations for two decades. Day after day, he has played a quiet but essential role in keeping work moving smoothly, contributing through consistency, diligence, and care for what he does. His years on the ground mirror the spirit of cooperation and purpose that continue to define the organization.

1. How did you start in the company, and what do you remember most about your early years here?

2. What motivated you to stay with the company for so many years, and what continues to inspire your commitment today?

3. How has the company changed over the years, and what improvements or transformations are you proud to have witnessed or contributed to?

4. What advice would you give to new team members who are just starting their journey with the company?
