Yes, all move-in related fees must be settled before your move-in request can be processed.
We will provide the necessary documents to assist you in your application for water and electricity connections to the service providers in your area.
After turn-over, you will need to pay the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) dues and Real Property Tax.
Yes, improvements or renovations of the property are allowed once it has been officially turned over to you or move-in pass has been issued. All improvements must follow established guidelines or restrictions, and require approval before construction begins.

Per lawn lot can inter 2 fresh bodies, with the following options:
Option 1 - Double tiered with Upper and Lower Regular Body Vaults, which can inter one (1) Regular Body per vault and may place one (1) set of Bone Rider per Regular Body Vault.
Option 2 - Double tiered with one (1) unit of Regular Body Vault (Lower) and two (2) units of Bone Vaults (Upper), and may place one (1) set of bone rider inside the Regular Body Vault.
Option 3 - Double tiered with two (2) units of Bone Vaults per layer (Upper and Lower)
The interment of pets is not allowed as per our current policies.
Ownership of the memorial lot is perpetual.

Kindly visit our branch offices to schedule an interment. It should be scheduled 48 hours before the intended interment date.
Processing of the Certificate of Ownership (COO) takes approximately six (6) months. You may request processing after full payment. You will be notified when it is ready for release.
