Our Story
Founded in 1994, SNRDC has paved its way in real estate development, with its head office located in Calamba, Laguna. The name was coined by its founder Graciano B. Balubal, whose deep devotion to Sr. Sto. Niño de Cebu inspired the establishment of the corporation.
What began as a humble beginning has now grown into a thriving business with multiple branches across various operational areas. We have launched numerous residential projects—both completed and ongoing—as well as several memorial developments.
