Our Story
Founded in 1994, SNRDC has paved its way in real estate development, with its head office located in Calamba, Laguna. The name was coined by its founder Graciano B. Balubal, whose deep devotion to Sr. Sto. Nino de Cebu inspired the establishment of the corporation.
What began as a humble beginning has now grown into a thriving business with ten (10) branches across Luzon. Up to date, we have launched sixty-two (62) residential projects, both completed and ongoing, along with sixteen (16) memorial projects, with several more still in progress. Our journey reflects our commitment to quality, service, community, and environment, driven by a team of dedicated professionals who bring expertise and vision to every development and engage new ideas to cater innovative and state-of-the• art designs, ensuring that each project are of the highest quality while being cost efficient.
