The Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff is responsible for managing the executive calendar, prioritizing phone calls, gathering documents and reports to prepare for meetings, including scheduling of meetings, confirming meetings, and appointments. The main role of the Executive Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support for the Chief of Staff and ensure that tasks initiated by the company are efficiently accomplished

Branch Sales Supervisor is to provide high level of support for Branch Sales Manager and ensure that activities initiated by BSM are efficiently accomplished to achieve sales Target. The role would be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining our product, and guiding them through their purchase process.

Responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment and implementation of in-house programs by collaborating with concerned departments to identify process flow and computerization requirements. Prepare documentations for in-house programs and collaborate with Learning and Development in the creation of training module. Provide all system users with orientation and training, as well as the necessary information to the concerned department, to guarantee that they comprehend and utilize the in-house program effectively. Secure a backup of the program codes on a regular basis and give a copy to the immediate superior for a general safekeeping. Administer the ERP system and in-house programs by assisting the system users with program updates, analysis of system problems, errors and discrepancies, and program rectification and enhancement.

The main role of the Talent Acquisition and On-boarding Supervisor is to provide high level of support to Human Resources and Administration Manager in the aspect of recruitment and on-boarding activities. He/She is to participate in the candidate selection process and making recommendations to the recruitment team on the suitability of candidates. He/She is also responsible in helping new employees adjust to their work environment and ultimately, ensuring that new team member get a warm welcome and experience smooth on-boarding to their new roles.
