Job Summary
The main role of the Talent Acquisition and On-boarding Supervisor is to provide high level of support to Human Resources and Administration Manager in the aspect of recruitment and on-boarding activities. He/She is to participate in the candidate selection process and making recommendations to the recruitment team on the suitability of candidates. He/She is also responsible in helping new employees adjust to their work environment and ultimately, ensuring that new team member get a warm welcome and experience smooth on-boarding to their new roles.
