Job Summary

Responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment and implementation of in-house programs by collaborating with concerned departments to identify process flow and computerization requirements. Prepare documentations for in-house programs and collaborate with Learning and Development in the creation of training module. Provide all system users with orientation and training, as well as the necessary information to the concerned department, to guarantee that they comprehend and utilize the in-house program effectively. Secure a backup of the program codes on a regular basis and give a copy to the immediate superior for a general safekeeping. Administer the ERP system and in-house programs by assisting the system users with program updates, analysis of system problems, errors and discrepancies, and program rectification and enhancement.

• Collaborate and hold meetings with concerned departments to identify process flow and computer automation needs by gathering information, ideas, issues and recommendation
• Create and develop in-house programs, including window design, writing codes and report layout
• Perform process simulation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and developed in-house programs to ensure that they are applicable with company processes and requirements
• Administer the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and in-house programs by assisting the system users with “program updates”, “analysis, simulation and verification of system problems, errors and discrepancies”, and “program rectification and enhancement”
• Perform research on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system trend and recommend improvements to the company as appropriate
• Ensure that all information in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and in-house programs are kept confidential and tampered free
• Prepare that the IT Service Monthly Compliance Report are being completed and submitted on time

Work Experience

• 2 years experience in programming

Educational Background

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology

Work Location

• Head Office – Makiling, Calamba City Laguna

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday – 7am to 6pm and every Friday 7am to 4pm
