Sales & Marketing – Branch Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

 

Branch Sales Supervisor is to provide high level of support for Branch Sales Manager and ensure that activities initiated by BSM are efficiently accomplished to achieve sales Target. The role would be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining our product, and guiding them through their purchase process.

  • Encourage sharing of learnings from each team to effectively execute activities and be able to improve sales performance
  • Promote products or projects as directed by BSM and be able to increase sales leads
  • Execute strategic plans for all activities initiated by the BSM with consideration to the target market
  • Support the BSM in managing the branch and attend to day-to-day operations
  • Prepare data related information for analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual performance of the branch
  • Perform campaign on how to inform leads and customers of current promotions and discount
  • Conduct competitor studies to identify areas where project or services are lacking or advancing or know how the project stand in the area
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in order to extend customer lifetime value

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Thursday – 7am to 6pm every Friday 7am – 4pm

Work Location

  • Lakeside Sta. Cruz

Working Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with 1 year supervisory

Educational Background

  • Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
