Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Summary

The Heavy Equipment Operator operates heavy equipment such as backhoes, bulldozers, graders, road rollers, etc. used in the project development activities of the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the Construction Engineer on job assignments relative to the operational activities of the project site
• Operates heavy equipment in compliance with the company’s operating safety policies and procedures
• Accomplishes earthwork activities such as cut and fill, drainage excavations works, grading, compaction etc. based on the specification requirements of the project to minimize reworks
• Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
• Prepares and submits accurate and timely heavy equipment utilization reports
• Assists Truck (Trailer) Driver during heavy equipment transfer to different project sites
• Study and practice simple troubleshooting and replacement of minor parts of the equipment

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years years experience

Educational Background

• At least High School Graduate with TESDA Certificate NCII

Working Schedule

• Monday to Saturday – 8am to 5pm

• PMP – Quezon
