General Manager

Job Summary

The General Manager is responsible for for the direction, overall performance, and operational management of all allied business units within the organization. This includes overseeing diversified services or subsidiaries that support or complement the core business, ensuring growth, profitability, compliance, and alignment with corporate goals.

• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for each business unit to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. This includes setting realistic goals and monitoring progress to ensure that target are met.
• Develop and implement detailed sales plans that align with business objectives, ensuring consistency across all units. This includes conducting market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging existing relationships to drive business.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, sales cycle duration. Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for the management team.
• Act as the main point of contract for resolving customer billing issues and disputes, ensuring a smooth and prompt resolution to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Oversee the after-sales service process to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, leading to repeat business and increased customer lifetime value.
• Develop and implement after-sales strategies that addresscustomer complaints, provide solutions to service issues, and build strong long-term relationships.

Working Experience

• 3 years supervisory experience or 2 years managerial

Educational Background

• Graduate of Bachelor of science in Business Management or any related course

Working Schedule

• Monday to Thursday – 7am to 6pm and every Friday 7am to 4pm
