Equipment Operations & Maintenance Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Job Summary

The Heavy Equipment Mechanic performs activities designed to service, repair, and maintain company-owned heavy equipment. He maintains the operation of the company of the equipment by completing inspections and preventive maintenance such as addressing equipment deficiencies, making adjustments and keeping work records

• Coordinate with the immediate superior for day-to-day activities based on approved heavy equipment work order request and preventive maintenance schedule
• Assess issues with the heavy equipment and recommends what parts and tools are necessary for the repairs
• Perform electric, hydraulic and mechanical repairs on all heavy equipment of the company
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Report immediately to the immediate superior for any issues and concerns on accomplishing the assigned work
• Keep records of the maintenance activities perform on each heavy equipment
• Assist in the mobilization and demobilization of heavy equipment in the project site

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience

Educational Background

• High School Graduate or Graduate in Automotive Mechanical Assembly

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday – 7am to 6pm and every Friday 7am to 4pm
