We are looking for 2 years supervisory experience in a relevant field and BS Civil Engineering or Architecture graduate (Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer).
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information necessary for design development
2. Check regularly for the updates in the building code, regulations, LGU resolutions and memorandums to ensure compliance of project design drawings
3. Prepare pre-planning checklist prior the preparation of project design
4. Research and submit sample conceptual design for vertical and land development projects
5. Produce project design drawings, specification and other design documents within the approved schedule
