Construction Management Manager

Job Summary

The Construction Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of every phase of the project development, from inception to completion so as to ensure project on-time completion, within the projective budget and quality standard that would be responsive to customer’s satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-construction meeting prior project mobilization
• Manage the supply of construction materials at project-site, ensuring availability of necessary materials when needed
• Develop and finalize project schedules in collaboration with Construction Engineer and Junior Engineer, ensuring accuracy and feasibility
• Maintain the required number of manpower at project site and ensure they are managed efficiently
• Collaborate with the Admin Section in the improvement of the application process of necessary project permits and licenses, ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements
• Lead the on-time implementation of construction activities for horizontal and vertical development projects
• Check and validate the submitted project-related compliance function activities reports
• Monitor the accomplishments of the operations team, offering technical guidance and consultation as required

Work Experience

• 3 years supervisory and 2 years managerial

Educational Background

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Licensed Civil Engineer)

Working Schedule

• Monday to Saturday – 8am to 5pm
