Construction Management Head

Job Summary

The Construction Management Head is responsible for overseeing and guiding all Construction Managers to ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of horizontal and vertical development projects. This role ensures that construction operations are aligned with company objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The Construction Management Head provides leadership, technical guidance, and strategic direction to guarantee projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the required quality.

• Manpower assessment in accordance with project requirement.
• Required construction materials and supplies for project implementation.
• Oversee material requisition, procurement coordination, and inventory control to ensure timely availability of construction materials.
• Implement systems for monitoring material usage, wastage, and delivery schedules.
• Establish controls for material accountability and cost tracking per project.
• Develop and implement manpower planning strategies based on project schedules and workload forecasts.
• Coordinate with site management in the deployment, reassignment, and augmentation of project manpower.
• Supervise the allocation, mobilization, and operation of tools and equipment across project sites.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Assess project efficiency and productivity trends and recommend strategies to improve site operations.

Working Experience

• Minimum of 5 years Managerial Experience

Educational Background

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer

Location

• Head Office – Purok 1, Lot 10A Brgy. Makiling Calamba City, Laguna

Working Schedule

Monday to Saturday – 8am to 5pm
