Construction Management Foreman

Job Summary

The Foreman is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives and ensuring all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required.

• Studies and discusses the plans with the Construction Engineer for clarifications prior to the commencement of the construction work.
• Participate in the morning briefing with the team members (skilled workers and laborers) to delegate specific task for the day.
• Ensure that all the construction materials needed for the day to accomplish the work are available to all members of the team.
• Ensure that all the construction tools and equipments needed for the day to accomplish the work are available to all members of the team.
• Coordinates with the Construction Engineer on the details and requirements of the project site.
• Monitor the team members ensuring that they are following instructions and construction works are implemented base on approved plan and of sound engineering practice.
• Ensure on-time completion of the following activities for horizontal and vertical development.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of xperience

Educational Background

• High School Graduate or Civil Engineering Technology graduate

Working Schedule

• Monday toSaturday – 8am to 5pm

Work Location

• LTO – Bauan and PMP – Quezon
