Construction Management Engineer

Job Summary

The Construction Engineer supervises the implementation of construction activities of all projects of the company. They are responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a project.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Construction Manager on the pre-construction meeting prior to project mobilization
• Collaborate with the CSPMCM-Construction Manager and CSPMCA-Admin Engineer on the preparation of the project schedule
• Coordinate and supervise the mobilization of heavy equipment and installation of temporary facilities at project sites
• Create and regularly update the material delivery schedule based on the approved schedule of project activities
• Prepare daily activities of sub-contractors, heavy equipment operators, and warehousemen
• Ensure on-time completion of construction activities for horizontal and vertical development projects
• Prepare and submit monthly project-related compliance function activities reports.
• Compliance to the inspection of concerned government agencies
• Turn-over of completed projects to CSPM-Property Management section

Work Experience

• 3 years rank and file experience and 2 years supervisory

Educational Background

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Licensed Civil Engineer)

Working Schedule

• Monday to Saturday – 8am to 5pm
