Company Nurse

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing healthcare services to all team members, promoting a safe and healthy working environment, and contributing to the overall well-being of the workforce. This role involves a combination of medical care, health education, and administrative tasks.
• Evaluate and approves Pre-Employment Medical results of successful applicants.
• Provide first aid and immediate care for workplace injuries and sickness.
• Initiate and PIC for Annual Physical Examination (APE) of team members.
• Act as coordinator to Health Insurance (HMO) of the company and assures updated and correct reports like new enrollees, members deletion, employee charging, checking SOA and maintain good relationship to the Health Provider.
• Validation of Sick Leave availment and requires medical clearances, medical certificates, doctor’s recommendations and other medical documents to justify employee sick leave.

Working Experience

• With at least 2 years experience as company nurse

Educational Background

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Registered Nurse)

Work Location

• Head Office – Purok 1, Lot 10A Brgy. Makiling Calamba City, Laguna

Working Schedule

• Monday to Thursday – 7am to 6pm and every Friday – 7am to 4pm
