Assistant (Medical)

Job Summary

Assistant Physician is responsible for assisting the License physician for them to properly conduct Medical examinations to LTO Driver’s license applicants and perform administrative duties as required in order to run the operation.

• Greet applicants and ensure orderly queuing of applicants at the waiting area
• Gather applicant information and medical history
• Assist the licensed physician in conducting medical examinations to LTO Driver’s license applicants
• Perform the necessary duties as instructed by the licensed physician in order to properly assess and diagnose LTO Driver’s license applicants
• Do other task as required by the licensed physician
• Assist applicants in their payment, invoicing and issuance of receipts
• Assist the licensed physician in the proper encoding, filing, and maintaining of medical records
• Compliance function Activity report

Working Experience

• At least 1 year working experience

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree in Medical science, Health care or any related field

Working Schedule

• Monday to Thursday – 7am to 6pm and every Friday 7am to 4pm
