We are looking for 2 years Supervisory or 1 year Managerial and BS Accountancy preferably (Licensed CPA)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate team members to perform their tasks that will result to department accuracy and efficiency
2. Ensure that all major projects, month-end and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time
3. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. Monitor and analyze accounting data
4. Performs other duties related to the function of the office as may be assigned by the immediate superior or higher management
5. Evaluate accounting documents for inefficiencies and suggest solutions to problems
